Everything but the Kitchen Sink

House Update: We heard back from the seller this morning, and they are going to do most of the repairs we asked for. The few exceptions being the kitchen sink, disposal, dishwasher, and screens for the windows. Not too shabby. We're excited and should hopefully know more detail later this afternoon, including whether or not we'll be keeping our original timeline of moving 2 weeks from tomorrow!
