Faith Precedes the Miracle

I can't believe it worked. We felt so strongly this house was where we are meant to be, so we had the faith (and continuous prayers) that if we kept at it something would work out. And it did! We are getting the water heater, furnace, AND roof that we asked for. It sounds like at least part of the expense will be ours to fund (added into the mortgage), but with a brand new roof the house should appraise better, right? We are supposed to hopefully hear quotes on the roof today. We're not wasting any time. Now we just pray that when they are working on the new roof it doesn't rain and ruin the new carpet, right?
