Kitchen BEFORE

Here are the before pictures of the kitchen. I left the counters cluttered and such so you could see how we were lacking cupboard space. And counter space because the counters housed stuff. You get the idea.

 Before from in front of the pantry.

 Before from archway in living room. Notice the coffee table in the left corner and the additional pantry space in the right corner. We had to put overflow stuff in these places or never shop at Costco and only buy groceries for a week. :)

 Before Sink Wall. Biggest stretch of counterspace being hogged by the microwave.

Before from the table. Notice how the oven sticks up over the counter. Ugh. I avoided looking at this house as long as possible because it was in the listing pictures. Also, wall cabinets are very high. I could only safely reach the bottom shelves without standing on something.

 Before from in front of extra pantry.

 Before floor. I tried very hard to show how it was sinking. Didn't work so hot, but basically the brighter part of the wood is where it was, and that seam that's so obvious is about the spot it was the worst. The reason we started the whole project!
