House Update

Ugh. I can't wait until we're all done. The house we made an offer on and are under contract for needs more help than we realized. Among a bunch of little things, the big ones are a new roof, water heater, and furnace. And the seller isn't willing to help. They were pretty stingy about the home price to begin with. :P

To keep positive our realtor found another home to show me that she thought I would love. Which I did. Its so pretty. Unfortunately, even though we acted fast, there was still another offer that snuck in there, so we're just kinda waiting to see what happens. I'm ready to be done.
