New Windows

As part of the agreement on the purchase of our home, the seller was to replace 3 of the windows. After you see the before pictures you'll understand why.

Before
Upstairs bathroom. Notice the big crack up the left side?
Downstairs bathroom. Yes, they painted the window. So you couldn't see in?
Downstairs spare bedroom (until Sam fills it with manly stuff :) ) Looks like a normal older window that doesn't lock properly, right?

My pretty (upstairs) bathroom frosted glass window. However its in the shower and opens from the bottom. And the only source of ventilation in there. Sigh. Steamy bathroom for me it is.
Sam's (downstairs) bathroom. You can see light outside! Also frosted glass.
A normal window! I like the latches on the windows, and the guy was really nice, so if he isn't ridiculously priced I'd consider calling him when we decide to replace other windows in our home in the future. (Which we want to do, it'd save us a ton in utilities.)
