Milestones

I debated back and forth, and kinda last minute decided the boys needed to have haircuts before our family pictures. So I busted out the cheap scissors and did my best. It could have been better, but it could have been alot worse!

Tristan was up first.

Nick's turn. (He was definitely not as willing to cooperate.)

Lessons learned:
*I didn't do as terribly as I thought I would, but there were definitely a few scary moments.
*Invest in a clipper set, which I did. I actually found a kid-friendly one that isn't supposed to be very noisy. It came with a cape, (real) haircutting scissors, and an instructional DVD. I'm anxious to try it out the next time they need to be fixed.
*It will look better when their hair fills in completely on the sides and with more experience/practice. :)

But aren't they HANDSOME?! (And growing up way too fast!)

It gets easier, especially when they're not as wiggly. And think of all the money you'll save! They look super cute. Good job!

They look so cute. I noticed the haircuts right away when you visited the other day...the boys hair looks so much thicker. They're really not babies any more! Great job!
