HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Wow, what a roller coaster 2010 was: Thoughts, emotions, weight lol!

We were shocked when we found out our family was growing from 3 to 5, and I don't think our lives have been the same since.
We absolutely love our sweet little boys. They are growing up so fast. They'll be 5 months in just a few days!
Nickolas is our happy boy and loves to talk to himself. He's been to some physical therapy recently for Torticollis (tight muscle in his neck, resulting in flat spot on his head). He has shown a huge improvement in just 2 weeks. He is definitely a Daddy's boy.
Tristan is starting to chunk up finally, and I think a large part is his spitting up has improved quite a bit recently. He loves attention, and that's clearly when he's happiest. His laugh is so fun!

Joey is excited for her upcoming birthday. She has really handled this big adjustment quite well. She loves her babies, and loved all the time she was able spend with Granny this past year while I was at doctor's appointments or visiting the twins in the hospital. She loves going to nursery each week. Her vocabulary is huge, and hilarious. I always get comments on how soft and sweet her voice is. She has perfect long, dark, curled eyelashes. We just love her!

Josh is still working as Tech Support for the software at ARCOM. He is my Superman. This year he took on extra errands, chores, making sure I'm happy and healthy, and so much more. He still loves his digital painting and surprises himself with the end product (not me). He wants to go back to school again in the fall, and is still going back and forth deciding what for. He is a great dad, and the kids all love to play with him. He is a teacher in Elder's Quorum.

As a couple, in addition to that calling Josh and I are over the Bear Den in Cubscouts. We were combined with the Webelos for most of the year, but after the twins came it just became too difficult. We are looking forward to a getaway this year as we celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The destination keeps changing, but that's not what's important, right?

As for me, I just try to keep my head straight. Balancing kids, money, husband, chores, etc. is alot of work. Some days I do great. Other days I fail miserably. But I keep going and I'm working on having a better attitude for the sake of the spirit of our home. I think with such responsibilities I've become wise in my old age. ;) I've tried to squeeze in a few craft projects, and for the most part enjoyed doing them. I find myself getting excited over silly things such as a new washer and dryer and better health insurance this year. I guess I'm officially a mom. Lol. Life's an adventure!

We hope 2010 has been good to you, and 2011 may bring so much more!
