Miscellaneous Monday

Today's Miscellaneous Monday is brought to you by the color white. ;) Saturday afternoon my shiny new white washer and dryer arrived, and they are marvelous! I was able to wash and dry 3 loads Saturday afternoon/evening in the time it used to take me to dry 1 load, and they're energy efficient! :D The dryer should be working doubly as good because 1) the clothes are not going into it soaked, and 2) when the disconnected the old dryer part of the vent fell down and we discovered we had a bird's nest in there. Awesome. Josh cleaned it out the best he could on this end. We may need to go outside and try to dig out the remainder.

Also white---check out all the snow we got overnight Saturday!This huge tree across the street ended up losing a branch that was alot thicker than this poor little guy...

Lately Joey loves to copy so much of what we say. She makes me laugh so much!

If asked her opinion on something a typical response is thoughtfully, "Hmm, I'm not sure."

Saturday night we were just finishing up dinner, and it was time to start warming bottles. Josh said, "Didn't we just finish feeding them?" I told him, "Welcome to my life." For the next 5 minutes all we heard was, "Welcome my life. Welcome my life."

She also enjoys telling people she's pretty, smart, and strong, and has an action to demonstrate each. :)

Nick loves to be sitting upright and see what's going on these days. Too bad he doesn't realize the bouncer helps him with that. And I think he's a real Daddy's boy, he always seems to have a smile for Josh, its cute.

If you can catch Tristan in an exceptionally good mood you may find him practicing his cooing. Its usually more at will than on demand, and often squeals, but I think he loves it when he can manage to get something out.
